Since 1999, Ancom Technical Center (ATC) has been serving the communications service needs of commercial and public safety customers throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

ATC is recognized as a “Service Elite Specialist”, Motorola’s highest service facility designation — the only one in the greater Twin Cities area with this authorization. We are also recognized as a Certified Service Center by the Electronics Technicians Association, an independent certification organization.

In 2007, Ancom Technical Center received Factory Mutual approval to repair intrinsically safe Motorola communication equipment used in hazardous locations — the only certified service facility in the five-state area. This enables local repair of these units for our public safety customers instead of sending them out of state.
